This Site describes my personal experience with weight change, lifestyle, and a GLP-1 program. It is for general information and entertainment only.

Nothing on this Site is:

• medical, nursing, dietary, or pharmaceutical advice
• a diagnosis, treatment plan, or prescription
• a substitute for care from a licensed clinician
• a representation that you will get the same results I did

I am not a physician, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, dietitian, or other licensed healthcare provider. Viewing this Site, buying through a link, or messaging me does not create a doctor–patient, clinician–patient, or fiduciary relationship.

Talk to your own licensed clinician before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, including any GLP-1 product (for example semaglutide, tirzepatide, or related compounds), and before changing diet or exercise. That is especially important if you have diabetes, kidney disease, gallbladder disease, pancreatitis history, thyroid conditions (including medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2), gastrointestinal disease, or you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

Any numbers, photos, labs, blood-pressure readings, “before and after” statements, or timelines on this Site are my individual results at a point in time. They are not a promise, forecast, or typical outcome.

Weight, blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, energy, and side effects vary widely. Many people lose less weight than I did, lose none, regain weight, cannot tolerate the medication, or are not candidates at all. Past results do not predict future results for you.

Photos may be cropped, lit, or timed in ways that affect appearance. Do not treat them as clinical documentation.

Any medication referenced on this Site is prescribed, dispensed, and shipped (if at all) by independent licensed clinicians and pharmacies. I do not examine you, write prescriptions, compound drugs, or control eligibility, dosing, pricing, inventory, shipping, or refunds.

Those providers set their own:

• medical criteria and refusals
• product (brand-name vs. compounded, if offered)
• prices, promotions, and “new-patient” windows
• shipping times and service levels

I do not warrant that any product is available in your state, appropriate for you, FDA-approved for your use, or identical to what I used. Compounded products, when offered by a third party, are not FDA-approved in the same way as branded drugs. Ask the prescribing clinician and pharmacy what you are getting.

Countdown clocks, “closes at midnight,” and similar language describe a marketing window set by a third party. They are not medical urgency and do not mean you should skip a proper medical evaluation.

If you message me after an order, any conversation is informal peer support based on my own story. It is not medical advice, not monitoring, not a care plan, and not a substitute for your clinician, pharmacist, or emergency services.

I may share what side effects I personally had and what I personally ate or how I trained. That is anecdote. Do not follow it if it conflicts with your clinician's instructions. If you have severe abdominal pain, allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts, chest pain, or other emergency symptoms, call 911 or seek emergency care. Do not message this Site instead.

I do not charge a fee to read this Site, to hear my story, or to talk with me.

• I do not bill you for my personal story, messages, informal coaching, DMs, comments, or time.
• I will never ask you to send money, gift cards, crypto, wire transfers, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, checks, or any other payment to me, to this domain, or in my name as a condition of using this Site or speaking with me.

This Site is not a pay site. I do not charge fees for this website and I will not ask you for any form of payment for access to this Site, my story, or a conversation.

I will never ask you to pay me for this Site, my story, or a conversation. If anyone claiming to be J.A. Haber, “J.A.” VegasLoser, vegasloser.com, COOL AI TECH, or any similar name asks you to send money, gift cards, crypto, or app payments for access or a chat, that request is unauthorized. Do not send money.

What to do

1. Do not send money or share card, bank, or crypto details.
2. Save screenshots, emails, handles, wallet addresses, and phone numbers.
3. Report it to me immediately through the contact method on this Site or Instagram @theVegasLoser.
4. Report the account to the platform where it appeared. If money already left your account, notify your bank or payment app and reportfraud.ftc.gov.

I am not responsible for money sent to anyone I did not personally authorize on this Site, or to any account using my name, this domain, or COOL AI TECH without my authorization.

I do not sell medicine, write prescriptions, or operate a pharmacy or clinic.

This Site may include affiliate links to independent, third-party businesses that represent they are legally registered / licensed U.S. clinicians, pharmacies, medicines, and related medical services. If you choose to use those links and you become their patient or customer, they charge you for their products and services under their terms. I am not a party to that transaction.

If you complete a qualifying purchase or signup through my referral link, I may receive a commission or other referral compensation from that third party. That does not increase the price you pay them. It also does not mean I charged you a website fee, a story fee, or a conversation fee.

Coupons, discounts, and other incentives. Because you arrived through this Site, a referred provider may offer coupons, discounts, reduced pricing, or other incentives. Any such offer is solely at that provider's discretion. I do not warrant, guarantee, or promise that you will receive a discount, that a posted rate will still be available, that a countdown or “new-patient” window is accurate at the moment you check out, or that a coupon code will work.

I make a good-faith effort to describe discounts and promotions when and where they appear to be available. I cannot control, update in real time, or guarantee information on the other site you were referred to. Prices, eligibility, inventory, and promotions can change without notice. The provider's checkout page and terms control.

I do not control whether you are approved, what you are prescribed, what you pay the provider, or how they ship. Their clinicians and pharmacies are responsible for their own licensing, products, and care.

Selection of links. I try to refer visitors to providers I have reviewed and that I believe offer legitimate, high-quality products and services. That effort is not a certification, inspection, or guarantee. I do not warrant that any third party is the “best,” that their product is right for you, or that their service will meet your expectations. Always confirm licensing, product type (brand-name vs. compounded), and terms directly with the provider.

No payment requested in my name is valid unless it is (a) a charge from the third-party provider you knowingly checked out with, and (b) not described as a fee for this Site, my story, or talking to me.

I do not gain access to your private medical record, lab results, prescription file, or intake answers at a referred clinic or pharmacy.

If you use a third-party clinician or pharmacy through a link on this Site, that provider collects your health information for their care. I am not in that exam room, I am not on their chart, and I am not their business office. They should not send me your medical file as part of a referral commission.

HIPAA. Many licensed U.S. clinicians and pharmacies are “covered entities” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and related state privacy laws. Those laws generally restrict how they use and share protected health information, subject to their Notice of Privacy Practices and the exceptions in the law (treatment, payment, operations, required disclosures, and others).

I do not warrant that every third party is a HIPAA covered entity, that they will never have a breach, or that HIPAA applies to every product or website you visit after leaving this Site. Read their privacy policy and HIPAA notice before you submit information.

Those channels are ordinary consumer communications. Do not send Social Security numbers, insurance IDs, full medical records, or other sensitive data to me. If you choose to tell me something about your health in a message, you do so at your own risk; that message is not a medical record I maintain under HIPAA.

I will not ask a referred provider to give me your chart. If a provider ever contacted me with your clinical information by mistake, I would not use it for marketing and would ask them to stop.

Health information changes. Labs, prices, and availability change. Do not rely on this Site as your only source.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Joseph Ariel Haber and the Site from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your purchase or use of any third-party product, your violation of this Disclaimer, or your violation of law.

Links to pharmacies, telehealth companies, Instagram, or other sites are for convenience. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content, privacy practices, intake forms, or products. Their terms govern your relationship with them.

Comments or DMs from other users are their opinions, not mine.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use this Site. Prescription products are subject to additional legal age and licensing rules in your state. You are responsible for complying with all laws where you live.

This Site is directed to a U.S. audience. It is not intended to solicit patients in jurisdictions where that would be unlawful.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, except that I may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
