This site has no accounts, no sign-up, no checkout, and no contact form. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, weight, diagnoses, medications, lab results, payment card data, or any other health information. If you want to talk to Joe, you contact him yourself through Instagram or email — nothing on this page captures it for you.

Like any site on ordinary hosting, the server behind VegasLoser.com keeps basic technical logs for security and to see whether the page is loading: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, a timestamp, and the referring site. That is used to keep the site running and to spot abuse, not to build a profile of you or to target ads.

When you tap a buy button, we count that click without cookies: which button, the page, a general source (for example Instagram or Google), and whether you're on a phone or computer. No name, email, IP address, or identifier is stored with it.

VegasLoser.com does not set advertising, tracking, or cross-site cookies of its own, and it does not store anything you type in your browser — the countdown timer simply reads your device clock. If a provider link or an embedded service later sets its own cookies, that service's policy governs them.

The buy buttons take you to a licensed medical Rx provider in a new tab. Anything you submit there — intake forms, medical history, identification, prescriptions, payment details — is collected by that provider under its own privacy policy and its own legal obligations, not ours. Read that policy before you fill anything in. The same goes for Instagram: anything you send in a DM is governed by Instagram's terms and policy.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not rent lists to anyone. Technical log data may be processed by our hosting provider on our behalf, and may be disclosed where legally required — for example, in response to a valid court order.

Hosting log data is kept only as long as needed for security and basic traffic reporting, then rolled off. No method of hosting or transmission is perfectly secure, so please don't send health details or identification numbers by email — they belong with a licensed provider that handles that kind of information properly.

Because we don't build a profile or hold a database of you, there is generally nothing of yours to hand over or delete. If you believe any personal information about you is held by this site, email us and we'll confirm and handle the request. You can also control cookies and limit tracking in your browser settings, and you can decline cookies whenever a third-party site asks.

This site discusses prescription medication, so it is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
